Why have an online coach?

 This is a question that many athletes ask. An experienced coach, who brings years of experience to every aspect of your training and racing, provides objective oversight and structure to your training - no easy feat when you're trying to balance work & family commitments.

What can you hope to gain?

What standard of paddler will CoachChalupsky coach?

 We will coach all levels of paddlers: from beginners to internationally rated paddlers.

What does CoachChalupsky know about paddling a sea kayak?

 Not only has Oscar Chalupsky helped design the world's fastest sea kayak, he's paddled them around the world at clinics and training sessions (especially in the winter up in Scandanavia when paddling his ski is close to impossible). Sea Kayaking, which is the fastest growing water sport in the world, is virtually the same as ski paddling and those who paddle closed decked boats will benefit greatly from Oscar's expertise.

How long will it take to improve with CoachChalupsky?

 It depends on how much time you have and how quickly you pick up the paddling drills.

What if I can only paddle 3/4 of the year?

 We will have many alternate disciplines for you to keep you fit the other 1/4 of the year.

What happens if I'm injured?

 We have Doctors, a Physiotherapist and Biokinetcist free of charge to help you rehabilitate
