What Coach Chalupsky will offer Club Coaching clients?

  • An initial full assessment of paddling ability, then grading for coaching schedules. We will coach from beginners to pros.
  • Monthly News letter.
  • You will receive once registered , signed poster, a CC sticker.
  • On line training programs for:
    a. Paddling monthly programs.
    b. General fitness exercises quarterly.
    c. Gym which will be changed quarterly.
    d. Stretching will be changed quarterly.
  • Permanent Physiotherapist on line to help with:
    a. Paddling and sport injuries.
    b. Scientific paddling specific gym exercises.
    c. Also stretching exercises.
  • Every 2nd month conference call with Coach Chalupsky on Skype
  • Quarterly kayak stroke reviews via video analysis.
  • A full time paddling Doctor:
    a. He will look at diets
    b. Scientific training methods
  • Video guides for all exercises explained in detail how to do the excises 100% correct
  • Assessments after 2 main races they do, asses tactics, speeds and general information.
  • Regular monthly tips from OC
  • In depth reports of OC races, things that only CC clients will be able to learn from.
  • Downwind paddling coaching.
  • Guarantee 48 hour reply time
  • CC clients will get preference over non- clients at any coaching venues around the world. Club members will recieve a 10% discount for live coaching and camps.
